The Beaufort Suite is our premier suite.

Lady Margaret Beaufort was the Mother of King Henry VII and the Grandmother of King Henry VIII. She was a key figure in the ‘War of the Roses’ and later an influential matriarch of the House of Tudor.

Beau means ‘beautiful’ and ‘fort’ means strong. After much discussion Sharon and I agreed that ‘Beaufort’ was an appropriate name for a beautiful, strong house. We hope you enjoy this lovely suite with a sunroom and expansive views of Latimer Square.
